You’re probably going to wonder what I’m blogging about at this time! By ‘this time’, I mean, a week before the exams.
Well the thing is, this blog has become my saviour!
I started it in February when I was really low after a ‘FAIL’ in the November attempt. 189 marks. ICAI didn’t think I was worth the additional 11 marks. Well, let’s not even get into an analysis of ICAI’s thinking! 😉
A part of me was telling me to quit the course while the other part was against the idea. These voices inside you can drive you crazy! They’re a part of you that get active when you’re most confused and they do their best to add to the confusion! With such a mental condition I could probably drive a psychiatrist to the asylum!
Why, it’s not only me! I’m talking for those millions out there who enroll for this course! Something mysterious lures you into the tunnel and once you’re in, there’s only darkness! The light at the end of the tunnel is like an oasis in a desert. Hahaha!
Don’t get me wrong my dear readers! I’m not here to bore you with my negative and sad story but I’m trying to encourage people to look out for other career options before they get into this tunnel!! If you still want to quit CAT classes and appear for CPT, then you’re another ME in the making! Cheers 😀
Okay now for the plus point! If it weren’t for this CA, I’d not have started this blog!
So my fellow CAs, before you let this course drive you mental, find something that’ll make you feel good about yourself! Life is a LOT more than those 400 marks!
To all those who did successfully find their way of the tunnel, I bow to you!
P.S. What if the tunnel gets blown up!?
Would that become an Extraordinary activity as per Accounting Standard – 5? 😛
